DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • A delivery fee will be added to each order according to booking Date.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, Locked Bag and Common boxes addresses.
  • Orders placed as late as 11a.m. in the recipient’s time zone can generally be delivered same day.
  • If a customer reports that an order is not delivered, We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if (a) the recipient is not home during the time of delivery; or (b) no neighbor is available to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient.
  • If it is determined that the Best of the Bunch did not make the delivery attempt, we will gladly provide you with a refund.

Delivery Status

Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested. If we have and difficulties with your order we will contact you by telephone and/or email.

Floral Delivery Times

Deliveries will be made between 9am to 9pm. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, however we cannot guarantee that this request will be met. Since. Also, in general, we are unable to accommodate specific times during the major floral holidays: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas

Incorrect Address Or Re-Delivery

When the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made ( eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) A $14.99 redelivery fees will be apply. If Best of the Bunch is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.

Beer & Wine Gifts

Best of the Bunch does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 under the liquor control Reform Act 1998.. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 18. Best of the Bunch makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 18. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Best of the Bunch is over the age of 18. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Best of the Bunch is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 Best of the Bunch will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law.

By placing this order you are confirming that the recipient will be available to sign for the package. If the package is returned, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping fees, as well as the fees associated with reshipping. If no one over the age of 18 is available to sign, we recommend shipping the gift to a business address.

Cancellation Policy

Best of the bunch handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. We guarantee fresh and beautiful floral arrangements and quality gifts that will make your recipient smile. If you are not completely satisfied with our product please Email on Hello@bestofthebunch.com.au with your order number, product photo as delivered and your nature of concern. Our staff will review your information and respond to you within 24-48 hours.

We stand by our products. For approved quality issues we will resend the product, offer a replacement product to value, or provide a store credit to product value.

If these options are not suitable and you want a full refund, we may be need our product back to assess any problem with product. We will arrange pick up for return. And refund will be processed with in 7 days.

If you received damaged flowers, please send a picture of the received arrangement to Hello@bestofthebunch.com.au with the order number in the subject line within 3 days of arrival. We will be happy to resend a new product free of charge.
Due to nature of business,Flowers are perishable. If delivery is rejected by Recipient (Not by our Fault). We will not issue any refund. Due to Covid, if delivery is rejected by Hospitals,Aged cares (Not by our fault), No refund will be issue.

Substitution Policy

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substitutes of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

All prices is on Best of the Bunch website are shown in Australian Dollars(AUD) and include GST.
